Well, I was just thinking of a general approach to any outboard ad converter, but in my case it would be the Lavry Blue. I would like to use PTLe for metering also.

You would need to follow the converter's directions for calibrating. The 002 is aligned for -14dBfs = 0Vu (if memory serves). You'd need a true RMS multimeter. Rail
