how to "FLIP" songs ?

Yes this can be done in Reaper or any daw.

doesn't seem to be anything special going on as far as i can tell. The vocals sound doubled / pitch-shifted. Other than that just some run-of-the-mill sounds - some drums samples, sub bass, basic synth - with a (un)healthy dose of compression.

1st Thank you for your answers 2nd ... can you give me the exact name of the Plugins/FX and some information what options i need to change because im newbie to Reaper and any kind of DAW ... still learning.
