Error opening .avs file in CCE 2.62

MessageAuthor

Currently I create a d2v file using DVD2AVI then run VFAPIconv to convert it to a form that CCESP2.62 will accept. I would prefer to use Avisynth and have created an .avs file as described in the tutorial but when I drag and drop the file into the CCE window I get an error message saying that it is not a valid avi file. Can anyone assist me here as I need to use this method so I can include the "SelectRangeEvery(1200,12)" command to test the .m2v file length in a single pass process. Using CCESP V2.62 and Avisynth V2.07

cce 2.62 doesn't accept avs file. Try another version (2.50 or 2.64.01.10 or more) or use a fake avi genrated by VFAPI or Link2. Ompg

Thanks. Installed later version and it's OK now.
