Panning of every midi note

How to pan every midi note? In fruit studio i found it. But, when I have export midi into reaper, I didn't find any cc param. Only Velocities and TextEvents. How to do it in reaper?

No can do. FL has its own extensions which allow that, but even that only works with FL plugins. That won't work with any VSTi, for example.

In FL? Well of course - FL's sampler is also an integrated FL plugin, so it supports per-note pan. But you cannot do this in Reaper because Reaper doesn't have such facilities.

Kontakt and MachFive 3 can do it via scripting or modulators.

The initial request isn't very clear. What are you trying to accomplish, exactly? Could a pan envelope get the job done?
